A unique & fun evening! Learn how to make our famous day pickles!
Start the evening with a cocktail on arrival, followed by a workshop where you learn how to make Day Pickles! Graze on local Charcuterie, enjoy wine tasting to sip as you unleash your creativity. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll make three jars of day pickles to take home—perfect for enjoying this winter or gifting to someone special. No experience? No problem! Our instructor will guide you step-by-step. We supply all the ingredients (please bring a knife & cutting board)!
Please arrive at 6:00pm to enjoy your cocktail, before the class gets started at 6:30pm. PLEASE BRING: a small cutting board and a Med-Large knife you are comfortable cutting vegetables with. (if you don't have these, we do have a few extra)

Charcuterie to graze as you create! Local meats, local cheeses, fresh fruit, homemade garden pickles, homemade organic crostini's, homemade jams and chutneys & local accoutrements.

6pm start with cocktail arrival, class to follow.
PLEASE arrive a few minutes early and present tickets (on phone or printed) on arrival to the wine shop. BRING your cutting board and knife with you!
As per BC Liquor Board if you appear under the age of 35 we require 2 pieces of identification to be served alcohol, non alcoholic options or mock-tails will be served on request!
