Our second release in our Limited Matriarch Series! This reserve pyment style Mead is made with 100% BC Honey. Dry with light tannins with a gorgeous red wine finish. Pair with bold tomato pasta's, red meat dishes and dark chocolate. This will stand up to big flavours! Cellar for up to 4 years.
